Case Study: For Reliant Energy, a leading business and consumer energy provider, we conducted competitive analysis for content, user experience, and social media; developed a strategic platform around competitive opportunities and business goals; recommended content, user experience redesign, thought-leadership programs, and influencer outreach to achieve market strength and differentiation.
Case Study: For Microsoft, we developed global and regional-specific digital strategy guidelines, training, and guidebooks. Our social media playbooks incorporated regional strategies focusing on language, customer experience, and individual department KPIs, under an umbrella brand and social strategy for the entire company. Regional management training courses helped increase targeted lead generation for region goals, and the consistent social campaign strategy complemented other online initiatives, leading to more awareness and greater positive sentiment for enterprise-level suites and consulting services.
Case Study: For iMeet, we conducted in-house training sessions for business unit managers on social media how-tos, addressing negative and positive sentiment, becoming thought leaders and influencers.
Case Study: Pfizer Animal Health work has involved assessing the market opportunity to identify a competitive digital product for animal health, and to help set a full digital and online marketing strategy for acquisition and retention. Case Study: InnerRewards funded ecommerce startup (built by the team). Raised $4.17m in funding to achieve average of $20k/monthly revenue within 2 years of founding the company. At height of company, more than 150k monthly visitors to site. Achieved revenue, traction, and awareness through social media and strong SEO and built an entire brand, ecommerce site, and partnerships from scratch.
Case Study: At Johnson & Johnson, as part of a positive-sentiment effort, and an effort to increase indirect revenue of prescription drugs, we created a Website for caregivers of elderly patients. We increased education of health and wellness, provided directory services for conditions, and offered coupons and incentives for products. Strong content with SEM as well as strategic partnerships with companies such as Revolution Health enabled us to forego paid search (this was a co-branded Website), gain traction, awareness, and market dominance.
