Your second brainstorming call is when we narrow down your content suggestions, and discuss key refinement on your website.
Third Brainstorm
By the time we get to this call, you’ve likely implemented some recommendations, so we’ll refine your plan based on early analytics.

You’ll receive a mini, very high-level content strategy that includes suggestions for the type of content we feel would be most impactful.
Sessions
Three Hour-Long Brainstorming Calls where we can discuss practical places to focus based on new and ongoing campaigns. You also receive a kickoff call and a follow- up call about a month after your engagement.

How can I place an order?
To place an order, simply browse our website, select your desired product, and proceed to the checkout page. Follow the prompts to provide your payment information, and your order will be processed in a secure manner with our payment processor, Stripe.
Do you have payment plans?
We do, through a third party service, Klarna. When you check out you’ll see them listed as an option. Please note that Julie Elaine Brown and the team are not responsible for you making payments with this option, nor for any additional fees you may incur.
What is the timeframe of this program?
The Brand Accelerator is a 2-3 week contained project. We created these parameters to keep the motivation high with our clients and to turn around actionable answers right away. They also protect us as a small business where we only serve a few clients at a time in order to provide concierge-level care.
We reserve the right to not provide continued or ongoing services once the timeframe has passed.
This ensures we can provide personalized care to each client!
What happens after I purchase?
Immediately after payment, you’ll be redirected to our Welcome Kit online, where you can schedule your kickoff call.
Can I purchase more calls?
Yes, you may. The program is designed for 3 brainstorming sessions and we have found that this is ideal for most clients, but you are the client! If you wish to have a more hands-on experience you are always welcome to add additional calls to your program. We have found that typically, clients who want continued services purchase a few calls after their program ends, and we can always customize a new program for you.
Who will my brainstorming sessions be with?
All brainstorming sessions will be held with Julie Elaine Brown. While our team works as a collaborative to create your playbook and recommendations, your calls or video calls will be held with Julie.
Why do you limit the number of clients?
We provide concierge-level service and that means we purposely limit the number of clients we serve each month. It also is why we adhere to the timeframes on our projects. This benefits everyone!
