I am a founder and executive strategy leader who helps purpose-driven companies turn strategy, storytelling, and data into real growth.

Over the past 15 years, I have helped SaaS, B2B, e-commerce, health, and wellness organizations increase conversions, improve retention, and deliver measurable business outcomes.

As founder of Kusadama, I partner with enterprise and Fortune 100 clients including Apple, Google, Cisco, Pfizer, Johnson and Johnson, and IBM to clarify brand narratives, design customer journeys, and optimize marketing performance using AI-informed insights, experimentation, and full-funnel strategies.

I have also founded and scaled startups including Rêve Health and InnerRewards from zero to eight-figure revenue, building strong teams and operational frameworks that deliver real impact.

My career began as a journalist, teaching me to uncover insights, tell compelling stories, and adapt quickly.

Kusadama (2013–Present): As founder and CEO, I advise Fortune 500 brands including Google, Apple, Microsoft, Cisco, IBM, Zoetis, Johnson & Johnson, Roc, Aveeno, and Pfizer. I partner with C-level executives, acts as a fractional CMO, and leads enterprise-level projects in brand strategy, content audits, governance, SEO/SEM, digital behavior analysis, GTM strategy, and cross-functional team leadership. Kusadama has also served as Entrepreneurs in Residence to launch innovation projects within large enterprises.

Rêve Health (2023–2026): I founded and ran a precision health and longevity company integrating biomarkers, digital wellness, and narrative-driven brand experience. I built the company from $0 to 6 figures in less than a year with organic marketing, developing omni-channel strategies, customer journey frameworks, and regulatory-compliant communications, expanding services to 10 states, and forming strategic alliances across the biotech and lab industries.

Stealth Startup (Soon): I am creating a company dedicated to helping women over 40 navigate natural aging and thrive in mind, body, and spirit.

Earlier in my career, I held leadership roles at some of the most innovative organizations:

Johnson & Johnson (2005–2008): Executive Producer & Editor-in-Chief for the company’s first integrated caregiving platform, building the editorial vision, multi-channel content ecosystem, and positioning J&J as a leader in empathy-driven health innovation.

StubHub (2004–2005): Editor-in-Chief & Marketing Manager, leading digital communications, SEO, and content strategy during one of the earliest large-scale ecommerce successes.

InnerRewards (2010–2013, acquired): Founded a global wellness and retreat marketplace, raising $4.17M Series A, building a high-performing content pipeline, and exiting to a strategic acquirer.

Purpose & Performance

I have spent my career at the intersection of brand, strategy, and purpose, combining deep analytical expertise with narrative craft to help organizations clarify their voice, define their “why,” and stand out in crowded markets.

Through intentional lifestyle, epigenetic guidance, and strategic growth, I reversed my biological age by 15 years holistically! I bring the same intentional, results-driven approach to my work with clients and teams.
