Solution
We provided social media guidance and recommendations as a way to build a relationship with potential customers, and drive more awareness of the brand. We also provided recommendations to optimize the website architecture as a way to help convert visitors to customers. We then provided content marketing recommendations for the blog and email list, as a way to establish credibility and build loyalty. Too often, ecommerce startups focus merely on driving traffic–but the way to ensure long-term business success is to build a loyal following and brand advocates. Doing this requires a solid content marketing plan, which takes more time to build and strategize than creating quick media buys or other forms of marketing, but ensures a solid foundation for long term success.
